Best florist in adelaide for fresh flower and gift ideas. I order flowers for all my occasions here and I've never been disappointed, the florists are always helpful and guide me to the best decision.
Todays delivery was simply stunning and my mum was estatic. Winning!

My elderly mother in law ordered roses online for our anniversary. On the day delivery was due, they suddenly claimed that they needed $40 more or it "wasn't possible" to complete delivery of what she had already ordered and paid for. She was worried about starting over from scratch and let them bully her into paying the extra fee, even though she had fully paid for delivery and we live a short drive from Jetty Road.

To add insult to injury, the expensive flowers were not in great condition. The pink rosebuds in particular were tired and shabby looking and had bruised, browned petals. The "chocolates" were a cheap small bag of chocolate balls, attached with zero presentation. It would have been disappointing even if it wasn't for the exploitative extra charge.

Avoid.

My husband always buys me flowers from Bay Junction Florist. Each time they are special and different and they seem to last for such a long time. Highly recommend

Disgusting customer service. Sold me a $10 SINGLE rose with an outside petal that was torn. Whilst paying, I asked if I could have a different one and they said no! At almost $1 per petal for the visible ones, this is not good enough. I will have to buy another one from a different florist tomorrow. Although I live near by, I will not be returning to this florist. Its not the first time I've been treated rudely here, but this was the final straw - particularly given that they were refusing to replace my rose whilst there were hundreds of perfect ones laying on the bench over which the conversation occurred! PS this is the first review of anything I have put online.

I bought some flowers from Bay Junction Florist for a friends birthday, what came was exactly what I ordered and it looked beautiful. I received great customer service, the ladies their are so helpful and kind!

A big thank you to the friendlyteam at Bay Junction Florist. Whilst on a recent trip to Adelaide, I had to organise a funeral tribute to be sent at short notice. The staff were more than accommodating, assisting me in selecting suitable flowers at an affordable price and organising their prompt delivery.

I was most impressed with their professionalism. I recommend them to anyone as they have a large, impressive selection and are in a convenient location. They had a great selection of gifts also, will definitelybe stopping in next time I am in town. Well done and thank you again!

Botched order, no apology! I ordered a flower and fruit basket online from a picture on the website. The basket they delivered looked nothing like the picture, had less than half the fruit shown in the picture (and some was damaged- YUK!), the flowers and foliage were quite different than shown in the picture, and the arrangement was substantially smaller.

I went into the florist the next day and looked around, and they had arrangements very similar to what I had ordered for $45, and they had all of the flowers shown in the picture in stock. Then I went across the road to the local grocer and priced some fruit.

I paid $130 (not including delivery) and got about $7 worth of fruit and about $25 worth of flowers. When I complained they said the order was "to value" and that I needed to factor in the cost of each flower and the basket. I recognize that you pay extra for them taking the trouble of getting the fruit and for the basket etc., but this is ridiculous.

I had the basket delivered to a hotel where me and my partner were on romantic break, and even the hotel staff commented on the poor quality and half empty basket (there was so little fruit they just filled in all the gaps with green netting). I was so embarrassed that my big romantic gesture turned out to be a poor quality, small, half wilted basket. Oh, I almost forgot, the flowers were lilies and orchids (supposed to be lilies and Aussie natives) and many of the buds fell off before they opened! Very low quality or very poorly looked after at the florist.

Do yourself a massive favor and don't order from these guys, or if you have to use them, walk into the shop so you know what you are getting before you pay for it!
