Been taking my cars here for over 15 years, now the kids take theirs too. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, excellent communication and honest. Never had an issue with the work performed and highly recommend as a very happy and loyal customer, just like many others - take a look at their Google reviews.

Been taking my vehicle since I brought it. They charged me for a serpentine belt on both the last 2 services, they quoted me a very high price to have a oil leak fix. Then when I asked them for a roadworthy certificate I was told that it did not pass because of the rear washer was not working and the lower control arm bushes where faulty. When ask why these where not reported to me on the last service (100,000km) they didn't pick them up. Unacceptable that you have to request and pay for a roadworthy certificate to find out that serious faults to your vehicle. I believe they were dishonest in relation to the oil leak and did not refund me for a belt that was not required.

Deplorable- i own a dealership in Brisbane and sell a number of cars in toowoomba. Occassionally we need to rectify. The smart people at this place thought it would be fair to charge me 200 bux to look at a car ( not fix anything plus present a whole list. I had sent them work previously( must be new management) and all was good but now it seems grossly overcharging a an ongoing customer is good business sense- how will they be with you, whether they know you or not
