Do you have a call out fee ?
No, we do not have a call out fee during standard business hours but we do have a minimum one hour labour charge.
What payment terms and what payment methods do you accept ?
Our invoices are emailed upon completion of the job. Payment is due within 7 days and can be made via bank transfer, bank deposit, cheque, cash or credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
What are your hours ?
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 5.00pm. For emergency plumbing issues, we’re open 24 hours every day of the year – including all public holidays.
Why don’t I have any hot water ?
There are a few faults that can cause you to lose hot water – both plumbing and electrical. Whether you have an electric or solar hot water system, we will be able to help. Call us now and we’ll troubleshoot with you over the phone. If we determine that it’s a plumbing issue, we’ll be able to attend today and get the issue fixed. Alternatively, request a booking online and a member of our team will be in contact.
