It is to be a great place to shop but all the good staff are leaving and have a new manager. What a joke

Great quality products at low prices. The staff are lovely and I always get great service.

I personally can't fault the place. My wife and I have been shopping here to fill our new house with appliances for the last few months and found that the prices are excellent and everything is so clean!
The staff all seemed really helpful and knowledgable with the products we asked about.
Great range, great service and great prices!

I use to shop there quite a bit most of the staff are great unfortunately 2 staff members think their own crap don't stink get rid of Brad and Billy then things would be good again

I agree highly with Gavman P. i'm a local and in the past i shopped a lot at pennywise at Goodna ,but then i started shopping around all elsewhere in stores to check prices on items they stock ,well i was shocked to see some items not much under new costing.this store is a sechand store not a new store where you buy new products and they should be selling items at a sechand costing,not at nearly new cost ,this is last time this store has my business,they have lost a good customer,its better to buy the product brand new then dealing with this business...do the smart thing shop around first before buying the product your after from them
