Glen Miller Plumbing

Well I'm shocked to read the first two reviews, are they talking about the same Glen Miller?

I found Glen to be professional and well priced, when he came to quote our job I mentioned a problem I had with my gas hot water system which the original plumber fail to address, he fixed the problem in no time flat at no charge. The quoted job was carried out as arranged, on time and in a friendly and professional manner. Thank you Glen, Beau and Reece.

Had a no fuss quote, installation and friendly service with these people from start to finish. Good reliable tradesmen are hard to find and these guys really impressed me with their punctuality and honest service. Will be using regularly and recommending strongly!

I found Mr.Miller from a local newpaper and called him about a repair. He called back and we set up an appointment for early morning the next day. That evening we had a family issue that lasted late into the night and would take up the next day as well- so instead of calling at an inconvenient hour of the night- I waited until seven a.m as our appointment was at 9 a.m. I thought this was plenty of time to alert him of my unexpected change. When I called him, he answered right away. When I told him I was unexpectedly occupied with a family issue he said, "Wow. You goofed up my schedule." As I was in the midst of saying it was unexpected and apologizing he hung up on me. Very rude, very unkind and very unprofessional. I realize it was an inconvenience to cancel, but l tried to cancel as early as I felt was appropriate to call. The other reason for the low rating, was he referred to copper plumbing as "obsolete", which concerned me as to how well rounded of a plumber he actually was. I hope this helps others make a good decision of who they would want in their home and who they are giving their business to.
