Lee & Thomas

As interstate travellers, we got into Goulburn the night before late with a car running very hot.

Next morning rang Lee & Thomas right on opening time, was told to bring vehicle down and they'll look at it. Within couple of hours they had diagnosed problems. Told me problem, this way I could make arrangements, radiator would be down from Sydney next morning. Rang me next morning at 8.30am letting me know radiator had arrived then rang me 10.30am job completed and picked me up to get my car.

For a traveller who still had a 9 hour drive to get home, there services were great.

I would recommend them.

Very poor service and arrogant service man. Had to take my Volswagen to check the AC. Initially they said, they can repair the AC and after the service, they claim that they dont have the gears to repair Volswagen and charged me $80. Moreover the service man was getting angry when i asked why wasnt this told at the first instance.

Never ever go to Lee & Thomas please.

My dad loaned his Elu saw to this person and the person burned out the motor using a generator. He was told the motor was irreparable and to scrap it. He took it to L&T and they rewired it by hand. Its still going 15 years on.

Fantastic business! After getting stuck on the side of the Hume highway, hours from home, we got towed to Lee & Thomas and they were great. Friendly and very sympathetic staff. They were able to overnight the part required- unlike any of the other mechanics in Goulburn- and had it installed before I'd finished my coffee the next morning. Can't thank them enough
