      I still have not received my windows or door after nearly 3 months from deposit of over $6,000

      I ordered windows and a door on 6/12/24 - paid a 50% deposit and was told the Christmas shutdown will have a lead time of 6-8 weeks. (It has been nearly 3 months today and I have not seen the products I have paid over $6,000 deposit for). Communication has stopped from the Millenium team despite my many follow ups in writing and over the phone in an attempt to manage other trades needed for the installation of the windows and door. Completely disappointing and I was made to feel that my follow ups were a burden and annoying (rather than necessary). Millenium Windows have been sincerely disappointing and I continue to wait for the items today.
