What an exemplary business! The service was prompt, professional and friendly. Jordan not only booked me in, but attended the property to complete the work. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful.I have nothing but praise for this service and would highly recommend Grafton Locksmith Service - especially Jordan - to anyone who requires a locksmith.

I could not have been happier.. I called early in the morning , not expecting a response.. within seconds my phone was connected and shortly after a van arrived with a delightfully friendly young man with a smile willing to assist.. an asset to his company! He needs a raise boss!!!
Nobody had even listened to me properly up to now! I felt like he actually heard me!
Thank you Luke! You are a credit to your parents! Please tell them I said so!
My car is now in the smash repairer being repaired ..
So far so good..
Heyden too had been wonderful as I have had to alter dates etc..
My dad has used him on a number of times and also recommends his services..that is enough for me.. dad is 89.. I darent argue!
