Do you take a deposit?
For most cases, we do not take a deposit. Customers pay the full amount when the painting job is completed, except under specific circumstances. For example, for commercial and industrial painting we prefer to get a 20% deposit.
When can you start a job?
Our painters can begin work within few days or sooner, depending on the situation.
How much do you charge?
Our service rates are competitively priced.
Why is there a wide variation in the painting quotations I have received?
The cost of a job is usually determined by the level of preparation, attention to detail and quality of finish desired, this is why quotations vary.
What services do you provide?
We offer home painting, wood painting, interior and exterior painting, commercial painting, and repainting services.
When do you remain open?
We remain open from Monday to Saturday 7.00am to 7.00pm. Sunday and Holiday by Appointment.
Do you protect the homeowner's property when painting?
Yes, our painters cover all areas with plastic, drop clothes, masking paper and tape. We are also fully insured.
Are you registered?
Yes, we are. Our ABN is 20 513 178 250.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, we honour a warranty with some exceptions, depending on the specific house painting project.
