Gunnedah Sale Yards Veterinary Clinic

Mistook my male cat for a female cat, for desexing (so operated with no need) -charged me for for female anyway. They do not acknowledge concession cards as they say they do. And I paid in full on the day but they sent me an invoice a month later again with an irate email, when I told them I paid in full,(respectfully) and have the receipt still, they banned me from the clinic. There is something wrong with the receptionist.
