How to provide a feed back?

Feedback or comments regarding the practice can be passed on to your doctor, Practice Manager or placed in our suggestion box at front reception. To make a formal complaint firstly discuss your concerns with your doctor or the Practice Manager. If you are still not happy; kindly contact the health services commissioner on 1300 582 113.

What payment methods do you offer?

Fees must be paid on the day of consultation. Fees are payable by cash, cheque, MasterCard, Visa and EFTPOS. If you have any difficulty paying the account at any time, please do not hesitate to discuss this matter with accounts department staff or the Practice Manager.

Do you require doctor's referral?

Sound medical practice and Medicare regulations require you to be referred to a specialist, preferably by your usual doctor. Should you wish to seek a second opinion at any time, please feel free to discuss this with your doctor.
