      Fantastic Service

      Fantastic Service

      Tony has great customer service always answers the phone is always prompt and upfront with prices. Tony fixed my dryer today even though he was on leave now that's customer service.

      Amazing service, polite, prompt, extremely knowledgeable

      I called Tony because my dryer had stopped working. Initially the call went to a voicemail and as I was about to I am happy to highly recommend Tony to everyone. Because of the extent of his knowledge Tony was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, and my dryer is now working perfectly. Tony is great to deal with. Highly recommend

      Prompt and very helpful

      Tony was great- arrived same day as our call, assured us that we didn't need to replace our washing machine, that it was a simple fix, even showed us how to fix it ourselves if the same thing happens again.

      The Best Service

      I called Tony at 8.30 am and he was able to attend less than 4 hours later. He was upfront with his pricing before attending. He was highly professional and friendly. He was able to fix my machine, gave me advice on a future purchase when asked, and charged exactly what he said he would. He went above and beyond and I have no hesitation in recommending him. I will never use another company again.

      Great business

      I have been using Tony for my appliance repairs for at least 20 years - after he was recommended to me by Charmhaven laundromat. I have always been very happy with his service. He is reliable and friendly and provides good advice and excellent service. I highly recommend him!

      Highly recommend Tony and A.S.A.P. he came out within an hour of call. I know nothing about fridges or motors but he was honest and said the motor siezed and just needed some minor work to get going again. All he charged was the service fee. Fridge as good as new again.

      Tony was very helpful and informative when I rang regarding problems with my dryer. He explained the problem areas with my particular brand, the likely cause of my problem and gave an estimate for the repair over the phone. I appreciated his knowledge and his honesty and needless to say Tony got the job.
      When he arrived he efficiently fixed the problem, explained the preventative maintenance as it was a design fault. He could be doing himself out of future business but Tony is that sort of guy. At the completion the bill was the same as his estimate; no extras, no parts add ons, no GST add on[ I am a pensioner so that's important]. What a revelation a helpful, honest and efficient tradesman, they are as rare as diamonds.
