      With 20 years experience in the construction industry, we cater our work to suit your specific needs. We work with clients to to create a scope of works within their budget and timeframe. Our services include; full house demolitions up to 15m, demolition plans and assistance with approvals, partial interior and exterior demolitions for renovations, asbestos inspections and removals, asbestos clearance certificates, renovation strip outs of bathrooms, kitchens, laundries and other areas, external sheds and garage removals, concrete slab removals and landscape clearing, sites cleared for construction. We provide a free no obligation quote to suit your needs.

      At M & M Demolition, we understand that demolition is a delicate process. That’s why we take the time to listen to our clients and tailor our services to their specific needs. We begin with a comprehensive free quote, considering the size and scope of the job. We then discuss the quote with our clients, making sure to answer any questions they may have. We’re also happy to amend the quote if necessary. Once both parties are satisfied, we’ll draw up a contract that includes our terms and an approximate timeframe for completion.

      A day or two prior to the event, we will set up temporary fencing and complete signage. This will help to ensure that the event goes smoothly and that everyone is aware of the event’s boundaries. The fencing will also help to keep people safe during the event.

      Completion and handover are done when the scope of work is complete. A Full inspection of the site is conducted, and an Asbestos Clearance inspection is done. Notifications are sent out to neighbours at least five business days prior to commencement. Any necessary certificates are sent to you via email upon completion. Demolition begins. You are kept up to date with the progress.

      How can I arrange a quote?

      Contact us to arrange an individualised quote. The process usually involves some questions regarding what you would like done, location and timeframe. Our Supervisor may complete a site visit to confirm access and locality of works. You would usually receive a written quote within 2 business days. We're happy to answer any questions to assist in making your decision.


      How long does it take to demolish my house?

      Houses can take anywhere between 3-7 days, depending on size, materials and location.


      Do you help with the demolition approval?

      We can assist in the paperwork required to get approval through a certifier. This takes between 21-28 days for demolition approvals. We work closely with several certifiers to assist in providing demolition plans.


      Do you do small demolition jobs?

      Yes, no job is too small. Contact us for a quote.


      Do I get a Clearance Certificate for asbestos removal?

      Yes. All our work comes with a Clearance Certificate. We also complete all necessary paperwork with SafeWork NSW regarding approval and notifications.


      Do I need approval to demolish my house?

      Yes. This can be done wither through your local council or through a private certifier at a cost. The process can take anywhere between 3-6 weeks. We will require a copy of the demolition approval before any works is to commence.


      Are you licenced for asbestos removal?

      Yes. We are licensed and insured for demolition and asbestos removal.


      Can I get a rough price to help decide if I want to go ahead?

      Yes. We can give you rough estimates according to what you might be thinking of doing. These can usually be done by us receiving some photos.
