This guy saved my life when i needed it most. He was very helpful and knowledgable even though it was extremely late and i had woken him up. They handled the insurance side of things and job was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

I have never been spoken to so rudely from a business owner let alone it being on first arrival! The profanity and absolute lack of any decorum was by far the worst case of customer service I have ever experienced. I will never set foot in the Harvey Towing, otherwise know as Garrigan Smash Repairs, for as long as I live and can't believe our we as tax payers are paying for this service as the preferred towing company for this area. I would rather drag my car 100km by hand than ever use this business again. I would give less than the one star I have if I could.
