Tasmanian Real Estate Regulatory Body/Ombudsman
Property Agents Board is Tasmania’s regulatory body to the Real Estate Industry. We are here for the public to ensure businesses & individuals in the industry complying with & maintain acceptable standards of practice. Similar to an ombudsman we act as an advocate for the public & can offer advice if needed. We can investigate & take action on complaints regarding the conduct for Real Estate Agents, Auctioneers, Property Managers & others involved.
