this is the hairdresser of horrors. i went in with a blonde undercut that i was wanting to go back to my natural brown but still with some dimension in my hair. i knew we’d have to fill my blonde with something before we went back to brown otherwise it would go green. i took reference photos which had cool toned blonde through it because i didn’t want to be too warm. once we’d finished the cut and the style i had noticed the under half of my hair was purple!! and had caramel tones through the top. once i got outside i saw how vibrant it was and how it was nothing like i’d asked. so i built up the courage to go back and explained that this wasn’t what i asked for. they then tried to fill the purple and dilute it down so it wouldn’t be as noticeable. i left for the second time and when in daylight you could still see a purple tinge when i just wanted to go back to my more natural colour. i explained i didn’t want to have heaps of maintenance or regrowth but that’s what i've ended up with. i went back a third time hoping to get a part refund for what they had done to my hair as i was so unhappy and horrified with it and it wasn’t anything like i asked. it was purple, there were golden caramel tones, parts of the bleach they’d used hadn’t been covered properly and i had bleach marks through my hair, i just felt like a mess. once i got there they told me they didn’t want to refund anything as they were happy with the service and didn’t care that their customer wasn’t. they wanted to try and fix my hair as they didn’t want me going anywhere else. i explained that i wasn’t comfortable with anyone there touching my hair again and all i wanted was part of the $300 dollars i had paid refunded. they were more concerned on how me wanting a refund and to go somewhere else reflected on their business and they were more worried about how they would look. in the end they offered me $60 dollars for the damage they had done and told me my hair “wasn’t that bad”. when going in they where rude and spoke down to me like i knew nothing about hair. i’ve been blonde and back to brown multiple times and never had an experience like this. i 100% do not recommend going there to get your hair done as they don’t care about their customers or what they want.

This is a third time I visited Bella Donna. This group of talented stylists is amazing. They are always helpful and above all very professional. They believe in good old fashioned customer service and they never compromise on quality.

Thank you guys for saving my day! I thought my hair can not be repaired after the disaster I had with a hairdresser in town.
I'm forever amazed at your ingenuity. You made me very happy. Thank you all so much, your team work has done something that only hours ago I was considering impossible. You will see me again.

Carol. By far the worst experience I have ever had. I have waited a long time to post this. I came in for a regrowth colour. You took over with a very loud opinionated voice. You disrespected me. Your control your demand your loud voice led me to walk out. I have never experienced someone like you in the customer service industry. You put the industry to shame. I am not a usual person to complain. It is a sad day when someone like you can shame a customer who wasn't even yours to give your opinion. I have been a long time customer. I WILL NEVER STEP INTO THE BUSINESS EVER AGAIN. For this I am sorry considering you have amazing staff working with you and I was about to commit to a long term skin therapy with the business. SHAME ON YOU> how dare you disrespect anyone as you did me.
