The worst service I have ever received. Bought a winch through them and for them to install.

Went away on a weekend to tension the winch rope and noticed the rope fraying badly on the fairlead.

Turns out the rope was the wrong way on the drum, which would have made the remote work in reverse, how did they fix that? They swopped the polarity on the winch terminals. Then also noticed 2 gashes in the intercooler where they got the grinder to it and leaking out heaps of air. I called up and got asked to go in so they can have a look. Yip, they confirmed what I suspected. Had to take the ute back on a different occasion to install new intercooler and fix the winch stuff up and replace the rope. Got the ute back and they've put a cheaper hook on the rope, and not the one I wanted. Was told that the one I wanted would be 2 months away if they ordered it. So I got them to order it. 3 weeks later I get a call saying they can't get the rope seperately and had to order a new winch to get the rope off. I had it by this time and told them to just give me the new rope and I'll install it myself as I need to tension it anyway. All this time the owner/operator was not very helpfull. Went to install it tonight and they grinded the nut shorter that attaches on the drum for the rope and it is hanging on half a thread! What a joke! Now I need to source a new nut! Never ever will they get my business again.
