Our Preventative Maintenance Service Includes The Inspection Of The Following: Refrigerant Levels Overall Operation Of System Fan Motors All Electrical Connections Operating Temperatures Condition/Cleaning Of Indoor & Outdoor Coils Outdoor Coil Checked For Air Flow Restrictions And Cleaned Condensate Trays And Drains/Cleaning Air Filter/Cleaning Condensing (Outdoor) Unit/Clean
Inspection & maintenance operations are recommended every 12-18 months.
