Distinctive Dry Cleaners

Last year, they lost a pair of my pants and for two months, refused to compensate me for them. This week, they broke the buttons on my wife's jacket, saying "it's not our fault" instead of offering an apology. Well, that's the last time I'm using them. There's a better dry cleaner just a little further up the road that I also use often. I guess they'll be getting all my business now.
