      Located in Jindabyne, Snowy Mountains, Australia and servicing the area since 1992. Time 2 Ride is in the Town Centre of Jindabyne on the foreshore overlooking the lake and we have a huge selection of products for the winter enthusiasts with all the top brands out there and a load of unique labels as well.

      How long is the expiry on gift vouchers and store credits?

      36 months.


      Can I cancel, change or add things my order?

      As long as your order has not shipped, we can cancel your order and issue a store credit. If you would like to add something or change in anyway, please contact us as soon as possible on (02) 6456 1924 and we can organise it for you or simply place another order and we will bundle them up.


      What payment methods do you accept?

      For online purchases we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. You also have the option to pay via PayPal and Afterpay.


      Can you refund a gift voucher or store credit?

      No. Gift vouchers and Store Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.


      How do I find Time 2 Ride?

      We are located in what’s called the town centre of Jindabyne. Just around the corner from the Banjo Paterson Inn and downstairs from Beach Burrito. The address is: Shop 16 And 18 Town Centre, Jindabyne NSW 2627.


      What are your shop hours?

      We are open from 7:00am - 8:00pm (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays) and 7:00am - 12:00am (Fridays).


      Do you ship internationally?

      Yes, International shipping will be reviewed and quoted on a case-by-case basis.


      Is it safe shopping with Time 2 Ride?

      Yes, credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Our website is hosted by Shopify which is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128-bit SSL certificates to keep your details safe.


      Do you do Afterpay/Zip Pay?

      Yes, we offer Afterpay on our online store. We do not have the in store add on at the moment, but you are able to complete the transaction using Afterpay online and pick up in store. We do not currently offer Zip Pay.


      How do I use my gift voucher or store credit?

      You can use gift vouchers and store credits in store or online. Online, during checkout you will see a space for ‘Gift Card’ on the right-hand side under the product displayed. Enter the Gift Voucher or Store Credit code here to apply it to the payment.
