Had lots of work done by BLC fencing the. Owner is a wonderful bloke who has gone out of his way on many occasions to get me out of a bind , I read a review written on here and can't believe it !!!!! Not sure if it's his competition trying to flag him off or what but it can't be the same guy because I've had probably 5 jobs done and never had any issues at all I'd recommend them and had my family and friends places done also without issue Thanks to this lovely Aussie man Matt and his family business my dog has a safe fence line and I'd never use anyone else

BLC Fencing were engaged by my property manager, Harcourts, to replace a storm-damaged pool fence at my investment property in August 2023 – and they were a nightmare from start to finish.



They installed a non-compliant fence, which resulted in serious issues with the City of Joondalup. Instead of taking any responsibility, they completely washed their hands of the situation. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a drawn-out, stressful ordeal involving substantial workaround works, additional costs (for both me and Harcourts), and countless hours of follow-up.



It took OVER A FULL YEAR to resolve – by September 2024, I’d lost tenants who were fed up with the unsafe conditions, temporary fences, endless visits from the council and ridiculous delays. The workmanship was poor, they were unreliable, and communication was appalling. To make the fence "compliant", I’ve been left with random pieces of perspex slapped onto the fence and great chunks ripped away from what had previously been a lovely rustic brick BBQ feature – a truly dodgy-looking result for something that cost thousands of dollars. Absolute cowboys.



Less than a year after installation, the gate fixture broke – and again, they ignored all follow-up emails about getting it repaired, leaving me to foot the bill yet again. When we sent them the repair invoice, they instantly replied; "it is a standard maintenance issue and not something that BLC Fencing is obligated to repair under the terms and conditions of a warranty."

Final straw, guys.



As such, this review has been a long time coming. For the record, I have definitely got the right company. BLC Fencing should be ashamed of their conduct.



AVOID, AVOID, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I had another occasion to use the services of BLC Fencing and once again they were very helpful,friendly and efficient.The work was completed overnight and to their usual high standard.
I'm a very happy,grateful customer who highly recommends their services.
