      How long does a planning permit last?

      A planning permit generally lasts 2 years, however, please refer to your planning permit for the specific expiry date.

      This will depend on the nature of the subdivision. We recommend you speak to one of our Licensed Land Surveyors for your specific subdivision requirement.
