      What is a full-body skin check?

      A full-body skin check is a thorough head-to-toe examination by a doctor to identify any concerning skin lesions or moles.


      What is a spot check?

      A spot check allows you to have up to three moles or skin spots assessed during a same-day appointment for immediate advice.


      How much does it cost to see a doctor?

      Our GP services are bulk-billed for Medicare card holders. Our skin cancer services are bulk-billed for concession card holders and children under age 16. Skin cancer and general skin consults will be privately billed and attract some out of pocket cost.


      Do the doctors Bulk-bill for their services?

      Yes, except for Mirena IUD insertion which there will be some charges (usually $70 out of pocket). All other services including pregnancy care are bulk-billed.


      Is there any after hours and late afternoon appointment available?

      Yes, we have late afternoon appointment available to accommodate working people.


      Can I send a photo of my skin lesion for assessment?

      Yes, you can email a picture of any concerning skin lesion to [email protected] for a free assessment by our experts.


      Does the doctor have experience and training in Obstetric & Gynaecology?

      Yes. Both our female GPs had formal training and years of experience in Obstetric and Gynaecology. They are expert in pregnancy care and all aspect of women's health.


      Does the clinic offer late afternoon and after-hours service?

      Yes. The clinic is open till 7 pm Mon-Thu and also on Saturdays.


      Does this clinic offer special services other than GP?

      Yes. We have practitioners who have special interest and years of experience in skin cancer and dermatology, obstetrics and gynaecology (women's health and pregnancy), diabetic care including diabetic educator and insulin management, care of elderly and older people, cosmetic injection and skin rejuvenation.
