Stephen was fantastic. His communication and work ethic was outstanding. He installed two doors for me. It was hassle free and he turned up when he said he would, and the quality of work was amazing. I would highly recommend his work - best in the Northern Suburbs.

Steve at glass zone has stuffed us around for over a month.
We had a shower screen measured back in January, due to a renovation we weren’t ready for the shower to be installed until March. On the 1st of March I advised Steve that I was ready for the shower to be installed, on the 12th Steve arrived and advised it couldn’t be done due to the supplier stuffing the measurements up.
I said no worries come back to me. On the 26th after me prompting a lot of status updates Steve requested a deposit which we are yet to pay as he has completely stopped communicating.
He has now blocked me on the profile I was organising the shower screen via.
I tracked down his Facebook page and sent 2 messages today where my messages where read and not responded to. I have also tried to call multiple times with no answer and still no update on when we would have a shower screen.
All I ask is to be kept up to date when a service is being paid, I don’t think that’s unreasonable.

Glass Zone came out when they said they would and did a fantastic job replacing my shower screen.

Steve provided a very professional service with good communication, flexibility to suit my needs and a very excellent job replacing several broken windows. The windows look great and the job was completed promptly, professionally and a tidy worker!
