DODGY. If I could give 0 stars I would. Used window glue and a sledgehammer. Painted the glue black to cover it. Left off brackets and connectors. Charged over $3000 for it! Having to have my car re-repaired as the work they did has been classified below industry standard. Only found out when the new place took the rear bumper off! They left dirty rags in my car, reset my trip meter without permission and left my lights on so when I picked up my car the battery was flat. They also left off my car badges after I had specifically stated I wanted the car repaired to original standards - had to put my car in for further work to have badges put on. They kept giving me timeframes and not meeting them. I had to constantly keep on top of them to ensure I was up to date. Had my car for months and still did an unsafe job. The entire time Tony has not listened to what I have requested and is rude. He will not accept responsibility for his actions. One year on and I am still having to deal with their terrible customer service and dodgy repairs. The only positive thing is their receptionist who was very apologetic about everything.
