We had Col come out and give us a quote on ducted air con. He was friendly and reliable. We received our quote, and they were back in a week and installed in one morning. The workers cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. The customer service was 10/10 and we would highly recommend them. Great job !

Great Service and The installation guys were great, cleaned all of there area, and unit works fantastic

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Two attempts to schedule a service and never got a return call either time. Customer service is laughable. Do not use them unless you like being ignored.
