      Terrible service

      I purchased a $350 Swarovski bracelet in the middle of March as a 40th birthday present. The staff were more than happy to take my money saying it will be no problem to order the larger size in it should only take a week. After going into the store twice to check on the status of the bracelet I was told that someone would contact me and let me know when it is expected to arrive. More than 6 weeks later I had to call them and asked where it is and how much longer am I expected to wait?. The answer to this …….these items can take up to 6 months to come through. When I asked can I please have a refund so I can order directly from the merchant they advised they do not refund and only offer store credit? I would think twice before purchasing through this company. I purchased through this company to support local businesses and I am very much regretting my decision.
