After years of purchasing cheap brushcutters on ebay and having them fail frequently or not be able to get them serviced, I decided to buy a "proper" brushcutter.
I did the research and found that Stihl, Honda and Husqvarna are really the only brands to choose from.
I decided to buy a Husqvarna 135r, as it appeared to be good value for money.
On my first visit to the store, I spoke with a young man who was extremely helpful. There was an offer available to receive a $30 store credit and I was advised that I could receive this on purchase.
I went back a week later to buy the machine and the manager advised me that the store credit did not apply to this model, but as I had been told it did, he would throw in some trimmer line as compensation.
It is well worth noting that the machine comes with a 2 year warranty, but if you purchase 2 stroke at the time of purchase, the warranty then becomes 5 years. Not bad for an additional $14 dollar outlay.
On arriving home, I discovered that the user manual was not in the box, which was disappointing, but after going back to the store, I was promptly provided with one.
I found the store staff to be courteous and friendly and feel that my machine will be well serviced by their experienced service team and any warranty issues will be rectified promptly, should they arise during the next 5 years.
I recommend the Husqvarna 135r brushcutter for its power and build quality and also the team at Launceston Mower & Chainsaw Centre.

Amazing customer experience

If the Husqvarna chainsaw have gained a good qualitative reputation, the service of this dealer is far to be acceptable. No administration efficiency, rude employee, and last but not least no after sales service once a chainsaw has a breakdown only 5-6 days after the purchase.
Choose an other dealer self if you have to drive more km's because you will save your time and money
