I have been dealing with Nuts and Bolts since their inception many years ago. The staff have always been cheerful and helpful until this morning when the person involved getting my order abruptly said, "Stop leaning on the Bench". I realise that this was an issue during Covid and a barrier was installed to keep customers a reasonable distance from the staff, but this is now not in place, however the abrupt nature of this individual was not necessary. I thought that I may have not heard him correctly and asked him to repeat, but once again, he said stop leaning on the bench in the same demeaning manner. I am also not aware of any signage at this establishment advising that leaning on the front bench is against the company policy. His manner is not becoming from this firm and I will continue to purchase from there, but not be served by this rude individual.

Helpfull , friendly and very knowledgeable about all sorts of fasteners - also have a good range of high quaility tools - i have been going to this shop for 30 ? years -

Always helpful even if you only want one small bolt. I have also been surprised at what stock they carry at very competitive prices. For example angle brackets.
Highly recommend them.
