Silver Needles

Walked in for jacket shortening for both jacket length and sleeve length. Was given advice on my appearance and why I was wearing shorts. Terrible customer service etiquette. Was not given a price even though I asked for one. This is how they charge you. On pick up a few days later noticed that the jacket sleeve did not gave the end vent which I specifically requested and we spoke about. The sleeve length went from too long to now 2 inches too short. The sleeve buttons are crooked and the obvious sleeve vent is missing. The lining of the jacket is now puffy and the ends and bunches up when you put your arm into the jacket. This Van Huesen jacket now is ruined and looks and feels terrible. It cost me $124.30 and I this experience has left me frustrated and extremely disappointed .
