Poor customer service, lengthy waits for replies

Worst customer service. Spent an hour there and was invited (by Ahmed?) to submit our plans for kitchen bench tops, in order to better understand the costs involved. That was 15 April. No replies for a month. Called 15 May. Samantha said she could see the quote in the queue, and give them another week. Waited a week. No replies. Phoned again. Spoke with David. He could not see anything in the queue. Asked me to email in again. I did. Waited a week. Still nothing. Phoned again. Now told they need a licensed builder or cabinet maker name and email address and then they can email the quote to me. Seriously a waste of our precious time. You need a refresher in customer service and respecting people's time. You could have easily managed this so much better.
