A Certified Practising Conveyancer (CPC) is a qualified professional who specialises in a single field of law (conveyancing) & as such is up to date with all changes to legislation & procedures that may affect your transaction. To become a certified conveyancer, the conveyancer must have completed the required tertiary & practical requirements & also be a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers. The conveyancer must also complete additional studies yearly to maintain the CPC status.
