Rang multiple times and eventually booked in a suitable time for both for an inspection,

Made sure there was someone home at the booked time but he didn't turn up. Have rung a few more times since but now not answering calls from my number.

I suggest going elsewhere so this wont happen to you.

Dr Dave was able to fit a Nectre into my tiny fireplace and fit a flue in a seemingly impossible situation that everyone else had told me wouldn’t work...but it did and I’m as warm as toast...he is very inventive and clever with his flues!

Dr Dave cleaned my flue with no mess then fixed my air vent and door handle and didn't charge me any extra. Recommend to anyone. Great service

I contacted The Flue Doctors and spoke to Dave whom I found very easy to discuss matters with and he promptly organised for my combustion wood fire to be assessed the very next day (Saturday.) Marty and Erin arrived in the morning and Marty quickly pointed out a safety issue I had with my flue and immediately rectified the problem. Working perfectly together they professionally and meticulously cleaned my chimney with no fuss. Erin went one step further too and demonstrated how to clean the glass frontage leaving it gleaming and shiny. The whole area was left perfectly clean. Both Marty and Erin were super approachable, friendly and their knowledge, expertise and professionalism were outstanding. They go above and beyond in their duties and left me feeling 100% safe regarding my heating. I wholly recommend them to all. Thank you, thank you Marty and Erin - you really are fabulous.

Prompt response to my request for a service call for my slow combustion fire and flue. Provided a choice of dates and times so that I could select the most convenient for me. Arrived on time and Dr M was most personable and helpful. Efficiently checked and cleaned the fire and flue. Replaced a rusted part of the flue without fuss and suggested how to proceed since we had not used the fire for about five years. Had the Dr come and service our fireplace, as it had been giving trouble for a while now (not burning properly and smoking out the house). He was very punctual, arriving on time and as promised (in fact I mucked him around a bit with times and he was very accommodating). He assessed my fireplace and determined what needed fixing. After a new cap on the flue (which was almost fully blocked) and a thorough cleaning he cleaned everything up (not that he made much of a mess to begin with) and was off. Tonight I am sitting in front of the fire, smoke free and hotter than ever. Thank you The Flu Doctor, you will be hearing from us each year for a clean!

Excellent service. Turned up early, didn't let the dog get out when he brought his vehicle in, cleaned and checked the flue and then meticulously cleaned up the glass doors on the fire so it looks like new. Left no mess. Good friendly service. I'll be calling them again.

Absolutely terrible service. Never turned up and continually rebooked. Ended up telling me to go elsewhere as they couldnt do the job after 3 weeks. I would avoid and wouldnt trust them to complete a satisfactory job.
