      Couldn’t even get him to call me back

      I contacted this chap several times and each time he said he would come “ on site next week” . He never would.

      Appalling service

      Emmanuel Dellas did some structural engineering certification work for me via my builder, and now that we want to sign the job off, he is totally missing in action. The builder, the project manager and myself have called him multiple times over months and he does not communicate at all. Avoid this person at all costs!
