My work uses holistic principles extending to all age & ethnic groups. Treatments available for a wide range of issues & coaching.

Previously my work was based in the Northern Territory. My practice focuses on holistic approaches for individuals and groups. My PhD research investigated the effectiveness of using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with children in primary schools. My two published books focus on health and meditation. Also a registered clinical supervisor, Australian Counselling Association.

Treatments offered to all ages and ethnic backgrounds. Interventions for anxiety, grief & loss, trauma, depression, stress, phobias, illness, unhelpful habits & additions, relationship and workplace issues. Holistic approaches may include a range of psychological interventions such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), mindfulness, ACT, CBT, narrative therapy. Sessions also offered and are based on becoming your best and overcoming obstacles that are getting in the way.
