I was so happy with the service I received that I have used Hitech for phone and internet services for my home and business ever since. i have also had family and friends based in NSW contact Hitech because I trust that we will be sold products and services that meet our needs and we won't be pressured into things we don't need. I would happily recommend the team at Hitech for personal and business needs.

this business is in partnership with TELSTRA, my husband and I went in for some advice about an order we had done online. well you would have thought we had asked for the world, they can't do anything for us and treated us like lepers, they were rude and didn't even try to give us some help, they did however send us to Wonthaggi TELSTRA store which is a franchise, Imust say they were fantastic and gave us more information which Hi Tech should have given us. After wasting a whole day on Telstra we still haven't got it sorted. I would not trust Hi Tech solutions.
