Play & Learn Early Learning

I was recommended from a friend to send my child to this learning centre , unfortunately the staff are not what they act out to be poor learning an teaching to children an to there own staff I’ve had a friend work at play an learn logan Holme for only 3months an they have bullied intimidated an verbally abused her to the point she doesn’t want to attend to work she’s still learning an trying to achieve only what any other 19 year old is. Sadly after informing the staff manager an putting in complaints on how she had be getting treated while working at this play centre they fired her . I totally think this is unacceptable from a persons perspective bullying a staff member is utterly disgusting , human to human it’s not only a learning centre for children , it’s also a learning centre for adults to learn to teach children an care for them while being in the care of staff if you can’t help a staff member to meet these circumstances an be happy and enjoy going to work an be safe not feel bullied , i personally think the manager an co - workers need a reality check because that’s not the way to treat any person wanting to work an learn to teach children , it makes me think if you can treat your own staff this way , makes me think how yous treat the children totally putrid an minding blowing , would name an shame but no .. just remember to treat others with respect

i am just thinking the way that some of the staff here would just talk to the kids and schoolies very poorly not all staff do this but some staff are rated for their voices that they talk to kids is just very sad to see i been at the centre for 3 years for after school care and vacation care so yeah i just want to say
