      Outstanding service

      Fantastic service, really nutted out a solution after I've rocked up at 3:00pm Friday arvo with shot air shocks. Leaving to go back home towing caravan to Far South Coast NSW on Monday, Frank really went above and beyond in replacing the shocks right there and then. Many, many thanks to Frank and Ryan, and also Tony on front desk. Exceptional and friendly service, and at a great price.

      Thank you Frank, Sharon and all staff at Franks Towbars. My brake controller was showing an overload warning on our last trip away and I took it in to Franks on our return. All staff were polite and knowledgeable and even checked out my car first at no cost to make sure the problem was with the caravan. They rang me several times to update me on what was wrong and the costs involved. As it turned out, a previous brake and bearing service at a major caravan service centre had botched the job and had caused uneven wearing to the point where I had little or no brakes. Frank recommended replacing the entire brakes, magnets and drums to be safe. I can't believe the difference it has made and it feels like a brand new van. The price was fair and warranted. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with car or van problems or anything to do with towing! Thank you Grant

      I went to see Frank about a caravan I recently purchased to assess my towing needs. I was not sure what I needed, if anything at all as it was a light weight Jayco Swan towed behind a Pajero.

      I found Franks advice was extremely helpful and he setup my vehicle fastidiously. Furthermore the team at Franks serviced my electric brakes and bearings as well as lifting my van a few inches to suit my needs. With a new set of torsion bars my van towed as if it wasnt there. Very Happy!
