      We deliver a free service to employers and job seekers alike to assist people with disabilities to find and sustain employment.

      IDEAL Placements has been proudly supporting individuals and local communities across the Mackay and Capricornia region for over 30 years. We believe meaningful work can change lives, and we’re here to help people access the training, employment, and support they need to thrive. We’ve grown into a dynamic, community-focused organisation offering a range of programs across five locations, with flexible delivery options for more regional areas.

      Ideal Placements is a specialised disability employment services provider assisting job seekers with disabilities, learning difficulties, injury or medical condition to secure employment in the open labour market. Our job seekers come from a variety of backgrounds and our programme is designed to assist, train and prepare them for work.

      Ideal Placements has developed a solid reputation as a professional organization delivering a quality service. This is confirmed by our quality assurance certification.

      With Ideal Placements, your regular costs of advertising, screening and interviewing unsuitable staff will be capably handled by our staff. We do all that for you, and organise if applicable, the financial assistance packages involved with your new employee.
