Picked up my well resoled boots, but noticed a slit in the leather. It looks like a sharp knife slit and is about 1 cm long. Shame as the resoling was good.

Work to be done on my handbag was fully explained and costed. I was most pleased with the quality of workmanship. The new leather handles on my bag which is used daily have continued to serve me well and still look like new over these past 3 years. I anticipate that I will have many more years of use from my favourite bag. Even though Chris the Cobbler is 15 minutes away by car I will continue to use this business for my leather repairs.

My family has always gone here, even after they moved, we still use chris the cobbler because he always does a wonderful job.

Utterly shocking service by the mother. Haven't received back my watch as yet so hopefully the craftsmanship isn't as terrible. Went to pick up my watch the nominated 2 days afterwards as directed and she yelled at me for being suprised that it wasn't ready. Complete with angry hand gestures and rolling her eyes like a child. Was told "not to argue" when I suggested in the future phone numbers can be taken if this is to happen. She stated service can take longer than expected and I should just expect things not to be ready as a norm (it was just removing a few links in a strap). Would never recommend them and fingers crossed I get my watch back after all in satisfactory condition.
