      Can your bench tops be installed over my existing surface?

      No, your existing bench top will need to be removed before we can measure and install your new bench top. You can do this yourself, or we can arrange it for an additional fee.


      Will I save money if I project manage the kitchen installation myself?

      No. We only invoice you for the cabinets, benchtops and appliances, but will quote, schedule and project manage the site works and installation of your kitchen as a free service. You'll save money by not paying any commissions or administration fees for plumbers, electricians, builders, and other trades, as they invoice you direct.


      How long will it take for my new bench tops to be made and installed?

      Our standard fabrication lead time from measure for acrylic bench tops is 7-10 business days, for stone 10-15 business days.


      Do I get a warranty with my new bench top?

      The warranty on your bench top is provided by the distributor of the product, not we as the fabricators. This will vary between brands but the average warranty period is between 10 and 20 years.


      Will you come to my home for a quote?

      Unfortunately, we do not have a mobile sales representative for quoting. All we need from you to give you a quote is a drawing of the layout of your bench top, with seen edges and cut outs marked. You can submit this via the form on our website, fax, post or drop into our showroom.


      How much does it cost to get someone to come and quote?

      We offer a no obligation fee in home measure and quote for kitchen renovation enquiries. Our experienced kitchen designer will guide and follow you through the entire process from the initial quote to installation and completion of your dream kitchen.


      Do I need to organise my own trades?

      We schedule and project manages the project.


      How long will it take for me to receive my kitchen?

      We will commence installation 3 weeks from time of order.


      Do you service outer metro areas?

      Yes, we can do so on request. Please contact us to discuss.


      Will you install my bench top?

      Yes, we offer a complete fabrication and installation service.
