Consolidated Plastics specialises in custom injection moulding, plastic extrusion, design and tool making. Established in 1979, the company services a wide range of industries which include the construction, mining, chemical, industrial, pharmaceutical and agricultural sectors.

Our experienced design engineers will work with your ideas and develop a design to meet your product brief. From identifying potential weaknesses to optimising design, we will work with you to achieve manufacturing efficiency. To avoid costly design and production errors and identify if further modification is required, we can provide you with both Rapid prototypes as well as CNC machined models.

With over thirty years' experience in the industry and one of the best equipped tool rooms in Western Australia, our highly skilled toolmakers are able to manufacture high quality single and multi-cavity precision tools consistently and cost effectively. Mould trialling is conducted prior to final production to ensure that the end product fits the original brief and allow for any fine-tuning.
