Malvern Natural Health Care

I have always been very on top of my health and supplement intake, but I decided that it was important to check if I was on the right track.I was extremely impressed with the service and knowledge I received at Malvern Natural Health Care. After doing the oligotest, I discovered that I needed to readjust some of my supplement intakes (both increases and decreases - it is all about balance!) I was very surprised to learn that I require more Zn and Ca, and was also very pleased that my Mg and iodine levels were ok (which I know is rare today). My hubby, who I brought after my first experience, was still Mg deficient...even though he takes more than me! And of course, we were both Al and Mercury toxic!! We received lots of advice in how to to balance all that, so we are very happy customers and will definitely be back to check if we are going into right direction. As I have heaps of different supplements already, I was also pleased that Ben was not too pushy in promoting his own (even though I am now aware that they are better) but maybe next time. 😊
I recommend this place wholeheartedly to everyone! Very few (if any) GPs can match the service for you health that you can experience here. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional, truly amazing place to go for most of you healt needs

I have been using Natural medicine for the first time in my life and am pleased to say that it works very well. I suffer from severe hayfever and for the first time since I've been in Melbourne I am not on heavy medcation from the chemist.

I will always return to Malvern Natural Health Care for my health needs. In fact, other than for blood tests and pregnancy related queries I haven't been to the GP in years. There's simply been no need to. I haven't taken antibiotics in about 5 years as my immune system is as it should be.

I just wanted to say that I'm so grateful to all the staff at Malvern Natural Health Care.
After suffering from chronic daily headaches for many years I had a complete health check and after some natural treatments they are now almost gone! I have not taken pandadol in weeks and I'm so relieved as I know that was effecting my liver. I know what I need to do to keep improving. I also love that all my health care needs were able to be covered in one centre. Benjamin helped me a lot with a very thorough examination and a million questions I had an Oligoscan Mineral test which showed some zinc and magnesium deficiency as well as toxic heavy metals which I'm having a detox for. I was given a healthy eating program and much more veg than I have ever done and also had some Kinesiology which has helped me to deal with some stress with moving from overseas and adjusting to the new lifestyle here. The massage and Bowen I received from Gary also helped me a lot. I want to start a family soon so I've started doing some treatment to prepare for a healthy pregnancy and baby.
