Tried charging astronomical fees. I was the purchaser and Held Lawyers was acting for the seller. My solicitor was in discussion about moving the settlement date by 3 days. Adam still issued a notice of default which takes under 10 minutes and charged $950, nomination statement $450, directors guarantee $700. Fees totaled over $4k. He is all about how much money he can get from you. A true disgrace to the profession.
