      We pride ourselves on our assessment, diagnosis and communication skills and we use a combination of biomechanical correction, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic exercise, education, and health and training advice - all with the aim of improving your health and maximising your performance in sport and in life.

      We provide services such as manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, exercise prescription, rehabilitation, Real Time Ultrasound Imaging and individualised Pilates classes.

      Sporting injuries, neck & back pain, postural pain, women's health, headaches, aged care, chronic pain and pre and post natal.

      Our physiotherapists are experienced in sports, musculoskeletal and occupational health physiotherapy, and injury rehabilitation. They are trained in a variety of techniques to assist with the management of your condition, including joint mobilisations and manipulations, massage, acupuncture and dry needling, exercise prescription, electrotherapy modalities, and hot / cold therapies.

      Do I Need a Referral?

      All of the Physiotherapists at 4 Life Physiotherapy are registered with the major Private Health Insurer's in Australia. Private Health Insurance companies do not require a medical referral for physiotherapy and massage services. A medical is only required if you are making a claim under Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance, Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) or Veterans Affairs.


      Can I claim under my private health insurance ancillary cover?

      As all of our Physiotherapists are registered with all major Private Health Insurer's in Australia, our services are covered to the extent that your policy provides. Thanks to our HICAPS claiming system, we can make an immediate claim to your insurance company and you only need to make the gap payment. Please contact your particular health insurance company for more details if you are unsure.

      How do I pay for my appointment?

      Payment is required at the time of your appointment and can paid be in cash, EFTPOS or on a credit card (Note that American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted). Due to our HICAPS instant claiming system, we can claim the private health insurance rebates for most private health insurers on the spot.


      What about Pre-Employment Screening and Functional Capacity Tests?

      Please ensure that you bring a current driver's license with a photograph for identification. Appointments are made to allow at least 15minutes to complete the paperwork required prior to the testing process commencing. Please ensure that you wear clothing that will enable the Physiotherapist to view your spine, shoulders, arms and legs. You will need to be comfortable performing lifting and other manual tasks as well as performing a fitness test.


      What should I wear to my appointment?

      Please wear clothing that will allow the Physiotherapist to expose the area that needs to be assessed and treated. If you are attending the gymnasium or an exercise class, please wear appropriate gym attire and bring a towel with you.

      What is the cancellation policy?

      We understand that many patients feel great after visiting 4 Life Physiotherapy and may no longer require a scheduled appointment. We kindly request that you provide 24 hours' notice to cancel your appointment.
