We are one elite, specialised team servicing from south of Mandurah to Rockingham and surrounds. At Watson Services, we prioritise our customers. We’re ready to take your call, listen to your plumbing issues and provide practical solutions. We’ve been proudly serving the community in Mandurah and surrounds since 2015. Originally from Tassie, Jake and Caroline set off on a road trip adventure in 2012 and ended up settling down in Mandurah. They made the most of a couple of years of being apart on long shifts and overlapping swings in the mining industry, working towards our dream: to run their own business. Mandurah’s lifestyle, community and its potential enticed them to settle here. Starting Watson Services in 2015 was challenging, and the risk was intimidating. It was just Jake in his ute, taking any job they could muster, and Caroline at the kitchen table doing the books with a new baby in tow. As the years have passed, they’ve built a successful, popular, ever-growing company. In our business, and personally, we are also customers. We know what it’s like to be let down by a business, and it’s a really terrible feeling. That’s why we strive to deliver reliability across the board from our workmanship and time management to our presentation and professionalism, and everything in between.

FAQs
Will I be charged a call out fee?
No, we don’t have a call out fee, but in general, we do not attend site for free. If we come to you, it will be to provide a solution to your plumbing issue.
What are your hours?
Our phones are available from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. If necessary we’re happy to book special appointments in from 6:00am, and our last appointment booked will generally be 3:30pm. We do not currently offer an after hours service.
Where do you service?
We are Mandurah based and prioritise work within 20km of Mandurah central. Please get in touch with us, we may just be in your area!
You supply free quotes, don't you?
We certainly will provide a free quote for a prediagnosed issue. However, if we have to attend to investigate the issue ourselves, then we do charge a fee for the time, knowledge and expertise it takes to diagnose plumbing issues. This fee is waived if you go ahead with the quote we provide.
Will you come out the same day?
We prioritise all emergency work, and we triage each case individually. We can attend the majority of our jobs within 24 hours, and are happy to fit in with your schedule.
What payment options do you have?
We will invoice your job by email, and invoices are due 1 day from billing. You can pay online by card (please be informed that there is a surcharge, calculated before processing), bank transfer or cheque. Our plumbers will not accept cash in any circumstance. Payment plans are available strictly if organised prior to commencement of work.
