Being town water, bore water, or tank water there is a unit that will suit your needs, from whole of house to single on sink units. With our knowledge we will give you good sound advice that will suit your situation that will provide you with clean, fresh, healthy water for your family.

      We provide a cartridge replacement service for the Sunshine Coast region, from Noosa to Caloundra. If you are not in the immediate area then contact us and we will give you a price on a service call. We welcome phone orders and quickly despatch parcels via Australia Post or Courier anywhere in Australia. If you have a problem with your existing water filter such as not being able to open the unit or a leaking faucet. We may be able to resolve the problem over the phone.

      I would like to purchase an under sink filter unit but as I have a marble top I don't want another faucet on my bench. Is there a way to use my existing flip mix?

      Yes you can, we have a single full flow unit that will utilize your existing faucet.


      I have filtered water at my sink in the kitchen but I would like to have filtered water in my bathroom sink for brushing my teeth?

      Yes. There are many compact filters that you can choose from.


      I have Reverse Osmosis filter and a friend told me it is acidic is there a way to alkalize my water?

      Yes, we have alkalized cartridges that you can add to your existing unit. We also sell 7 stages Reverse Osmosis that alkalize water.


      I am getting a new kitchen built and I am wondering if there is a flip mix that has the filtered hot and cold water combined?

      Yes, we have a good range of 3 in 1 flip mixes.


      Do you come out to change cartages as I find it difficult to undo my housing?

      Yes, we do service call. The cost depends on the area you are in. Call us for a quote!


      I am on tank water and my wife and I are always unwell. We have been told it is probably our tank water. Do you have a solution?

      Yes we can certainly fix your problem. With tank water you are best to call or come in and have a chat with us as we need to know if you have any filtration outside of your house. Tank water is more complex and we need to ask more questions to advise you correctly.
