      Adam is the Director of Trident Building who has over 14 years’ experience and is registered to complete certification in Tasmania, Victoria and Queensland. He has completed a number of high-profile construction projects and achieved great success.       Permits have generally been applied for in person or via post in the past. However, now with advances in technological devices and software, programs for managing your project just got easier with WorkPal. Our Building permits and Applications are all managed on this platform and provide the user with the ability to; apply for permits, access documentation, book inspections and communicate 24 hours a day to stay updated on your project. Program settings can be developed and geared toward your business/ specific sites or owners and ensure maximum efficiency can be maintained and delivered.

      How do I know if a planning permit is required?

      At Trident Building Surveying, we have our own in house planners to assess the proposed works against the relevant planning scheme to determine whether a planning permit is required. If a permit is required, Trident Building Surveying can arrange this for you.
