      R&S Danube Smallgoods P/L manufacturers of fine quality European and Australian Ham and Smallgoods products since 1992.

      Suppliers to the food industry for 19 years, our clients include Wholesalers, Delicatessens, Caterers, Clubs, Restaurants and many more, delivering to the greater Sydney area 5 days a week. All of our products are available at factory direct prices through our shop located at 41 - 45 Sydenham Road, Marrickville NSW.

      Since 1992 we have been manufacturing a large range of European and Australian Ham and Smallgoods products for our many clients. Our brands now include, The Burgomaster, The Black forest Smokehouse and Byers. We service a wide variety of food operations including major restaurants, caterers, food wholesalers & delicatessens both directly from our factory and through our distribution network which extends from Townsville to Tasmania.

      We pride ourselves on our products and welcome you to our factory to view and purchase in our wholesale factory shop. Our recent acquisition of the Byers brand has extended our range and broadened our distribution base. We use the finest Pork and Beef in our products and source our European spices from Australian companies.

      We have recently been able to source a reliable supplier of Genuine Free Range Pork, to further enhance our product list. The products are Black forest Leg Ham on the Bone, Cut Leg Ham and Black forest Regal Leg Ham. These will be made to order, so please allow a little extra time for us to manufacture these fine tasting articles. SQF 2000 and HACCP approved, we follow strict procedures to ensure you the best Quality, consistency and product wholesomeness.
