Instalair Pty Ltd has been in operation for over 35 years and our team consists of mechanical and air system engineers, fabrication, maintenance and installation staff. We are specialists in Pneumatic Conveying, Fibre and Lint Collection, Dust Collection, Fume and Odour Control. Cyclone collectors: Instalair manufacture and install high efficiency cyclones with associated product storage bins, screw conveyors, rotary valves and support structures. Cyclones are available for individual air quantities from 300 litres/second upward.
Instalair's team of qualified engineers will design, manufacture and install a system to meet your requirements and Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Protection Agency issues.
Wet cyclone collectors: Instalair can design and manufacture cyclones for collection of hazardous or problematic products with the use of high-pressure liquids. These systems are very efficient and require very low maintenance. Instalair also have experience with a range of scrubber systems.
